CORE40 SPORT PRIDE CELEBRATION
A 40-minute high-intensity, low-impact Lagree Fitness workout that challenges your muscles, focuses your mind, and boosts your energy. Important to note: – Please arrive 15 minutes before class time – Grip socks are required for class, and can be purchased at the studio – Facilities: changing rooms, showers, lockers, water tap – Shower towels are NOT provided
Instructor:
Rick started dancing and karate from a very early age. His passion for dance grew and he chose to study dance at the College of Arts. Rick explored all of his creative opportunities and danced for various dance companies and creative projects for 10 years. His love for travel opened his eyes and the world for him. Rick is a very creative person and loves to spend time in his garden and paint at home in his spare time. He is passionate about sports and working with movement of the body and mindfulness. CORE40 is the perfect combination!
